We go to Walt Disney World's largest hotel resort on property and go to their recently remodeled sports bar, the Rix. We got: The Michelada (Modelo Lager, House-made Sangrita, Pickled Veg, Tajin Rim), Sweet Tea Old Fashioned (Bulleit Rye, Sweet Tea Syrup, Local Organic Honey, Splash of Lemon Bitters) , Chips and Fresh house-made Guacamole, Veggie Lettuce Wraps (Sautéed Peppers, Onions, Carrots, Squash, and Zucchini in Asian Sesame Marinade served with Iceberg Lettuce and crispy Wontons), Lobster Sliders (Fresh Lobster Salad on Parker House Rolls and Bread and Butter Pickles), and a Honeysuckle & Lavender Lemonade (Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka, Lavender Bitters, Basil Simple Syrup, and fresh Lemon Juice).
