Visiting Disney's Contemporary Resort

There's so many things to do at this thematically confused hotel. The best known thing is to go eat at the top floor of the hotel at the California Grill. We did that and got Silverado Vineyards Fantasia, Napa Valley wine, Vegan sourdough bread with a dip consisting of fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil, Spicy Kazan Roll with Crab, Shrimp, Scallops, Tuna, and Fireball Sauce, Forbidden Vegan Roll with forbidden black rice, marinated shiitake mushrooms, pickled mango, fried sweet potato, and smoked paprika aioli, Vegan Pizza with roasted garlic, funnel-sweet onion-olive agrodolce, basil, and arugul, Vegan Black Truffle Selezione Pasta with baby carrots, green beans, and forest mushrooms 8:09 Vegan Fried Rice with tiny vegetables and crispy mushrooms, Black Grouper with Herb Basmati Rice, Cashew Chutney, Bok Choy, Baby Shiitake, and Kaffir Lime-Coconut Nage, and Not on the menu - vegan cheesecake.

We also explore the grounds

It truly is the best place to watch the fireworks.
