The Edison - Vegan & non-vegan food & specialty drink review - Disney Springs - Walt Disney
We went to the Edison at Disney Springs and we told that it is the last place where you still get remnants of Pleasure Island from Downtown Disney. There's great night life to be had there. They take Tables in Wonderland and passholder discounts. We got Guacamole with chips, Plant based Beyond Meat burger with crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, Shrimp Spinach Salad with Apples, Pears tossed in Aged Balsamic topped with Ricotta Salada and Spiced Pecans.
We also went for drinks and got an Electric Mule (vodka, lemon juice, strawberry lemongrass cordial, and ginger beer), Berry Smash (whiskey, cinnamon cordial, honey, lemon juice, blackberries, and raspberries), The Tesla (bourbon, peach pecan whiskey, green chartreuse, and simple syrup), Strawberry Lemonade Fairy Shot and Fairy Tears shot.
