Three Bridges opened June 2019 and so we had to go try their plant based offerings. We got White Sangria with elderflower, passionfruit, and lemon, Santa Maria Collins with gin, lime, strawberry, and club soda, Stuffed mushrooms with plant based 'chorizo, smoked tomato aioli, and vegan Parmesan, Curry lentil hummus with pumpkin crackers and pita, Fried Shrimp Corn Dogs with a lemon aïoli and french fries with a remoulade, La Fresa Limonada with vodka, strawberry gin, lemonade, blackberry, and sprite, Rosé sangria with strawberry gin, apricot brandy, rasperry, and apple, and Amaretto de Veraño with high west campfire straight rye, Italian amaretto,combier crème de mûre and sweet & sour.
